Data freshness
See when each data source was last checked and when its most recent record was published.

Check our claims yourself, without a key. checked_at shows the last successful run for the source and latest_record the freshest record in the database. Insider trading is checked every minute and short positions every three minutes.
Two kinds of update
update_mode tells you what to expect. continuous means a poller runs on a schedule and healthy reflects the latest run. on_import means the data updates when the source delivers, with no promised cadence; there healthy is null and latest_record is what to look at.
