Plans and limits

Compare plans, prices and usage limits, and see how to handle a 429 response.

The prices below apply during the beta and are quoted per month excluding VAT. We publish them openly so you can budget for the integration before contacting us.

The price per unit falls the whole way up, so a higher plan is always cheaper per row retrieved. Trial is free for 14 days and requires no card.

What each plan includes

The quotas above say how much you may retrieve. The table below says what. Datasets containing personal data always require your organisation to have accepted the data terms, whatever the plan.

Trial is free and requires no card. It is sized so you have room to properly test both the company screener and a market feed before deciding. Enterprise is set by contract, where every limit can be raised.

Set your interval by the source, not by the plan

Every plan gets the same data just as fast — a higher plan buys more volume, not fresher records. So choose your polling interval by how often the source actually publishes. Insider trading moves every minute and rewards frequent polling; bankruptcies arrive weekly on Mondays, so anything more often than once a day returns empty responses and spent quota. Frequently asked questions lists the cadence for every dataset.

How the limits work

A plan has a per-minute traffic limit and three separate monthly quotas: data units, unique companies and contacts delivered. You can see current usage and remaining headroom through /me. That resource is free to call.

Handling 429 responses

  • Always read Retry-After. When a monthly quota is exhausted, the value deliberately points at next month.
  • Use exponential backoff with jitter for both 429 and transient 503 responses.
  • Cap your concurrency so that bursts do not consume the whole per-minute allowance at once.
  • Check /me regularly and alert before usage reaches the plan ceiling.

Pricing during the beta

The service being in beta means we set keys up by hand and that pricing may be adjusted for new agreements. The technical contract, however, is already settled: v1 follows the versioning rules, so the fields and formats you build on will not shift under you.
